As if I could get a word in edgewise when Ross is talking. Read this. HE IS HARASSING and JUDGING me. THREATENING ME.

I was seeking a parking arrangement for a blind tenant who needs access to single surface parking space for her husband’s van that’s near their unit.  It’s relatively easy to reassign your space to the garage and let them use your currently assigned surface parking space.

Finally, what’s occurred in the past and who has or hasn’t had their parking reassigned is inconsequential. And most of the vehicles (vans & SUVs)  with single surface parking spaces are too large for the garage, others have tandem spaces and some drivers also have physical limitations. The parking garage happens to be well lighted and monitored 24/7 by a digital camera so your concerns are probably unfounded. [‘Probably’? That’s reassuring. Not.]

I’ll be happy to forward this to my supervisors. [Is this a THREAT?]

Jenny’s brief rebuttal:

Whoa. He insisted on changing the spot and taking away the spot. Period. It was ‘a fait accompli.’

I DID NOT step outside my apt. I threw him out when he was IN my apartment. He kept arguing with me. How many ways can you say: I changed your parking spot. I took your parking spot. No, you don’t get a rent reduction because it’s NOT part of your rent.

I said, Fine, now get out. He refused to budge. I conceded, just to get rid of him. I was shaking so much I thought I would faint.

Oh yeah, I’m going to ‘bolt out’ and ask STRANGERS for help? What? I’m the girl who walked home after midnight with heavy camera gear. I’ve faced worse.

I DO NOT care what he thinks about MY attitude. How insulting can he be? 

He has made it plain by repeatedly telling me he doesn’t care if he angers the tenants. It’s all about business. How many times has he told me that? 

He didn’t care I’m a senior citizen. He was NOT sympathetic to MY needs either.

You made it clear you are re-assigning the spot and using it for your parking due to my not having a car. 

You were not interested in whatever I had to say. No discussion. You didn’t care about MY safety concerns regarding my age and physical condition. I begged and pleaded my case, to no avail.

Pls tell me which parking spot is now assigned to my unit.

I have NO interest in discussing this with any other tenants nor asking anyone for aid. 

I merely requested you leave. The discussion was over. 

Simple.
