I’m sick, but friendly, cordial, agreeable. Ross shuts me down about the former management. I was only saying I am experienced with service personnel in my then-parking spot.

Not to revive this eternal negativity whenever the former manager is mentioned. This is so upsetting to read again. I have many emails like this. Plus many numerous verbal exchanges. His tone changes. I feel attacked, defensive and as if I did something wrong. I was merely doing my BEST to appease Ross.

Hi Ross,

I have been very sick, sorry I didn’t respond sooner. The former management allowed service personnel to park in whatever free space was available. I am quite fine with that.

You can make that a policy. If that’s ever an issue, I’ll let you know. I don’t foresee any problems, however.

The “former manager’s policy on any issue is immaterial.

My policy is to advise tenants if service personnel parking is required.
