Hostile response to my simple plumbing request. DOES every encounter have to result in silly strange scary mind games?

Hall Bathroom repair request:

The shower diverter in the bath tub faucet is no longer working.

Plus the bath trip lever aka bath stopper doesn’t work.

I can’t take a shower due to this. Problematic taking baths.

Can this be fixed please?

Thank you,

Jenny,

Certainly it “can” be fixed. Please sign attached resident’s maintenance/repair request form and place in my lock box.

I’ll send it to the maintenance dept. and schedule the work.

Thank you,

[WHY “CAN” in quotes? When I request Maintenance, either I’m rudely scolded, told to stop telling him and Donna what to do, there’s no problem or it’s none of my business.

SO I asked nicely. AGAIN he again attacks me.

STOP IT. “Received your request and notified office.” THAT is ALL I need to read or hear from him.

STOP THIS VERBAL HARASSMENT!
